How To Prevent Yourself From Ejaculating During An Orgasm, Lasting Sex Longer.

Multiple Orgasm
Very few men have ever heard of the muscle pubococcygeus. Fewer people yet realize what kind of potential it holds for a man who is interested in improving his sex life.

This muscle is hidden inside your body, more specifically in the pelvic region and is partially giving you the ability to stop urinating even when your bladder is still full. Due to its functionality, it is also this muscle that you can use to prevent yourself from ejaculating during an orgasm. Therefore, it is possible to have non-ejaculatory orgasms.

Non-ejaculatory orgasms?! Yep, that's right. It is astonishing how few men have even encountered this. Nevertheless it is a skill which is absolutely learnable. It doesn't demand anything exceptional, expensive or dangerous on your part, like drugs, medical intervention or devices.

The secret lies in the muscle pubococcygeus. With a bit of training, this muscle will give you the ability to hold back your ejaculation right in the middle of an orgasm. Interestingly enough, doing this does not affect your orgasm! You don't come, but you still get an orgasm and you retain your erection!

In this manner, you can quite literally have sex for as long as you want. Whenever you are about to ejaculate, you squeeze this powerful muscle of yours and keep going. This is the capacity of the muscle pubococcygeus. This ability is all about practice and will not appear instantly. However, it certainly isn't as difficult as you might think and should take only some 10-15 minutes a day.

First of all, you will have to find this magic muscle. You can try this. Go to the toilet when your bladder is reasonably full and start peeing. As soon as you've got the flow going, simply pause the flow and hold it. You have probably done this loads of times during your lifetime, so it should be quite obvious how to do it. Now notice that in to stop peeing, your body had to squeeze the muscles in your pelvis. One of those muscles is the muscle pubococcygeus.

Do this a few more times so that you are familiar with how to squeeze the muscles in your pelvis in order to stop peeing. Now go take a seat on a sofa and make sure you are comfortable. Try tensing the muscles in your pelvis as if you wanted to stop the flow of urine. Of course you are not actually peeing this time, but you want to go through the same process with your pelvic muscles as you did when you interrupted the flow of pee.

If this works, congratulations! You have made the first step towards gaining control over this amazing muscle. If you don't understand how to contract the muscle, just repeat the urination exercise and try to really get a feeling for the motion of the muscles in your pelvis.

Once you have "found" the muscle, the next phase is to begin exercising it. You may find that working out this muscle is similar to working out any other muscle . However, that is nevertheless a massive topic and unfortunately I don't have the space to cover it in this little article.
